I am an
Anger management facilitator
And a Mediator  …….
And a  Listener
It is all about better choices
It is all about understanding why we behave the way we do
It is all about listening
It is all about making decisions
It is all about taking responsibility
It is all about not giving our power away
It is all about meeting those four needs (love, freedom, fun and power)
And it is all about our expectations…
And it is all about where we want to be and what we have to change to get there…

Can I help you?

My experience is:

1993 – 2002 – Great Meadow Correctional Facility/Maximum Security Prison, Comstock, NY
At the request of the prison the “Life Without Violence” program was instituted as the only nonviolent program offered in the prison for 9 years.  In 2002, New York State placed “ART”, a state run program, in place.  Our program was experiential and met once a month for a 3-day/18 hour program.  We instructed 40-45 prisoners per month in anger management and life skills emphasizing behavior control.

July 2003 to present – Once a week program at the Washington County Jail offered to prisoners to learn how to control their anger and understand their behavior better.

Qualifications beyond those 16 years of experience are college degree, master courses, mediation certificate from Albany Law School, restorative justice programs, reality therapy training……
